We’re looking for a strong and analytical marketing expert to join our Riyadh team.
Everyone working at Virgin Mobile shares an inspired goal –to make people happy, one phone and plan at a time. That’s our business. Your job as Head of Virgin Prepaid Segment is to see too that as many as possible choose Virgin today as well as in the future.
You’ll be responsible for developing and designing different acquisition, retention, loyalty and revenues offers, promotions, products and services for our Virgin Postpaid products. In order to succeed in your tasks you need to ensure customer experience consistency across the different touch points for all three products. The touch points are where you’ll manage and develop the program in accordance to what is best businesswise. Hence, understanding customer behavior, channel management and what is relevant for the business are where you’ll get your kicks. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director, who together with the rest of the marketing team will support you in bringing out your best.
There’ll be lots of simultaneous planning and executing and even though at times it might be tough to handle everything, you know how to make everything manageable in order to arrive at the appropriate solution, ensuring company KPI’s. In order to do so, you have the ability to both establish and sharing a clear vision with others in order for them to follow willingly and providing the information needed for you to be able to lead the business towards those KPI’s.
The person who’ll fill the position will be a data interpreter and problem solver. The solutions are sought out from data using reason and principles of logic, resulting in conclusions for business decisions. Nevertheless, creative and out of the box solutions are not to be forgotten, because data only gives guidance and Virgin’s solutions always match the expectations of the customer.
To do this job, you’ll need to have at least a Bachelor degree in business and 10 years post qualification experience, out of which 5 years from the telecoms sector. An MBA is preferred. Additionally, strong experience from postpaid segment management as well as from postpaid acquisition, churn and revenues KPIs, are a necessity. To top it all, you should be both ambitious reliable and flexible regarding long office hours.
