We’re looking for customer care champions with heart to join our Saudi Arabia team.

We love our customers and always want them to have a happy Virgin Mobile experience. Your job is to make sure that’s exactly what happens each and every time a customer reaches out to us on any of our channels: phone, email, chat, social media and more. As a customer care champion, you’ll be the fast and friendly hero who will be there to help resolve any issues a customer may be having. Pretty cool, don’t you think?

You’ll be on the frontline of friendliness.

You’ll be working in one of our contact centers with a group of colleagues who are just as passionate about people as you are. Together, you’ll answer customer’s questions, fix any minor problems they may be having, and refer them to the correct contact person if the issue they’re dealing with is a bit more complex.

You’ll need to keep your ears and your heart open at all times, and it’ll be up to you to collect and archive all the necessary documentation and make sure it’s accurate. And, of course, we’ll also look to you to help get the people you talk to excited about our fantastic phones, plans and other services.

You’re a people person (preferably a Saudi national) with great critical and analytical thinking skills. You’re a natural communicator and you keep a cool head even when others don’t. You’re flexible about working evenings, weekends and holidays and you’re fluent in Arabic and English. We’d love it if you have some experience as a customer care front-liner, but get in touch with us even if you don’t. You’ve got at least a high school degree, although it’s even better if you’ve been to college.
